Dear Parents,
This last week before Christmas break will be used for reviewing vocabulary, comprehension skills and reading for fluency. We will not have a spelling lesson, but we will have a classroom spelling bee on Wednesday over the spelling wordlist that I sent home with the students. We will continue sorting objects, doing surveys and making representations and solving number and story problems.
On Wednesday afternoon, the children will watch a Christmas movie. Mass will be on Thursday morning and dismissal is at 12:00 noon. The children will have a break until January 9, 2012.
