Weekly topics we are studying
Reading – Reading for fluency, comprehension skills, using story prompts, le endings, homophones and writing a paragraph
Math – Fractions, story problems, time, money, addition and subtraction
Science /Social Studies- Where does money go?
Handwriting – Letter formation and handwriting practice
Religion –Eucharist preparation and We receive the Gift of Jesus
Spelling – Priority words, cloze test, suffixes, dictation and word test
English – Tenses of verbs and linking verbs
Mass - Wednesday - 8:30
Ice Cream – Friday $.50

Homework:
Monday – Math
Tuesday – Phonics
Wednesday –Spelling
Thursday- Reading Log and study for spelling test
Sean Barras - Special Person
Reading Log is due on Friday. Children must read a minimum of two books per week, (each book must be ten or more pages).
Library books are always due on Monday or Tuesday if there is a holiday.
